Do you get what you deserve or do you deserve what you get? Women in particular often find it difficult to value their own performance and communicate it to the outside world. However, this is the prerequisite for a successful salary negotiation. Many female employees often have only a vague idea of what this actually entails. This online seminar helps you to prepare strategically for salary negotiations. This includes knowing your own room for negotiation and consciously dealing with it, e.g. to know what is still possible beyond the collectively agreed grouping.
You will learn how to present yourself and your work in the right light and how to convince others with good arguments. In the second part, you will train your communication skills and work on your personal appearance so that you can confidently represent and achieve your goals.
